We are not therapists. RelateAI is coaching only. You can cancel anytime. We do not sell your data. Free trial is 10 messages or 14 days, no credit card required.

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using RelateAI, operated by Relate Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service. RelateAI is an AI-powered coaching tool designed to help users navigate relationship dynamics and improve communication skills.

3. Important Disclaimers. RelateAI is NOT a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, or medical professionals. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, domestic violence, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) immediately. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes in your relationships.

4. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to use RelateAI.

5. Account Registration. You must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment. Free: 10 messages or 14-day trial. Pro ($9.99/month): 200 messages per month. Power ($17.99/month): 400 messages per month. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Cancellation and Refunds. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription option in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

8. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, use it to harass or harm others, share credentials, use automated tools, or resell the Service.

9. Intellectual Property. All content, features, and functionality of RelateAI are owned by Relate Labs LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. User Content. Conversations are processed by AI and are not reviewed by humans. We do not claim ownership of content you provide during coaching sessions.

11. Privacy. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relate Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

3. Avisos Importantes. RelateAI NO es un sustituto de terapia profesional, consejería o tratamiento de salud mental. El Servicio es solo para fines informativos y educativos. No somos terapeutas, psicólogos, consejeros ni profesionales médicos con licencia. Si estás experimentando una crisis de salud mental, violencia doméstica o pensamientos de autolesión, por favor contacta a un profesional calificado o llama al 988 (Línea de Crisis y Suicidio) de inmediato. No garantizamos resultados específicos en tus relaciones.

4. Elegibilidad. Debes tener al menos 18 años de edad para usar RelateAI.

5. Registro de Cuenta. Debes crear una cuenta con una dirección de correo electrónico y contraseña válidos. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de acceso.

6. Planes de Suscripción y Pago. Gratis: 10 mensajes o prueba de 14 días. Pro ($9.99/mes): 200 mensajes por mes. Power ($17.99/mes): 400 mensajes por mes. Las suscripciones de pago se facturan mensualmente a través de Stripe. Los precios están sujetos a cambios con 30 días de aviso previo.

7. Cancelación y Reembolsos. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento a través de la opción Gestionar Suscripción en Configuración. La cancelación tiene efecto al final de tu período de facturación actual. No ofrecemos reembolsos prorrateados por meses parciales.

8. Uso Aceptable. Aceptas no usar el Servicio para ningún propósito ilegal, intentar obtener acceso no autorizado, realizar ingeniería inversa del Servicio, usarlo para acosar o dañar a otros, compartir credenciales, usar herramientas automatizadas ni revender el Servicio.

9. Propiedad Intelectual. Todo el contenido, características y funcionalidades de RelateAI son propiedad de Relate Labs LLC y están protegidos por leyes de derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual.

10. Contenido del Usuario. Las conversaciones son procesadas por IA y no son revisadas por humanos. No reclamamos la propiedad del contenido que proporcionas durante las sesiones de coaching.

11. Privacidad. Tu uso también se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad.

12. Limitación de Responsabilidad. En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, Relate Labs LLC no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos. Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá el monto que nos pagaste en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.

13. Ley Aplicable. Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming.
